the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Trust. ( Copies of which are

subscription at the rate determined by the Trust at a general meeting.
I/We agree, in the event of
the trust being wound up while I am / we are member/s or within one year of my
/ our ceasing to be member/s, to contribute to the assets of the Trust such sum
as may be required not exceeding one pound sterling.
